2.3 Hot TAB Software Utility Functions

i. Camera Setup

The easiest way to reach the camera is through the function keys. Press F1 to assign functions.

Default for Webcam application is short press on F3 key.

The icons at the top of the window:

• Video icon – starts lming a movie

• Camera icon – takes the shot

• Flash icon – toggles the LED light on/off

• File management icon – shows where you’ll save the images. You should set this up before you start

taking pictures or video, then once you take a shot it is automatically saved in that location.

• Return arrow icon – closes the camera application
