Securetheaugerstobondboardswith2-1/2"lagscrewsand2"atwashers(Fig.A).
HINT: When installing augers in rocky or hard soil, create a starter hole at the desired locations using either a
16" Concrete Drill Bit, or a long screw driver, then insert and install the augers as shown. This will allow you to
get traction with the Earth Auger and allow the device to seat more securely.
Use a large screwdriver or metal rod to twist the augers into the ground until auger loop is at the correct height.
Your Earth Augers are now installed.
