Upholstered Furniture
 Blot spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
 Vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and dirt
 Spot clean with warm water and mild soap, then blot with a soft, dry cloth
 Limit excessive exposure to direct sunlight, heat and air conditioning
 Invest in arm covers to limit wear and tear in areas more prone to abrasion and dirt
 Use washable slipcovers to protect and increase the longevity of your upholstery
 Rearrange furniture on a regular basis so all pieces receive the same amount of use
 Lift furniture when rearranging rather than dragging pieces
Wood Furniture
 Dust regularly with a dry, lint-free cloth
 Blot spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
 Avoid abrasive or harsh household cleaners
 Use coasters to protect surface against wet or hot items
 Limit excessive exposure to direct sunlight, heat and air conditioning
 Lift furniture when rearranging rather than dragging pieces
