Terms
2% 10, net 30. A penalty of 1.5% will be added on all past due invoices. Prices shown
in this price list supersede all previous editions and are subject to change without
notice. Plumberex Specialty Products, Inc. has a minimum purchase basis of 1 case
quantity net per order.
New Freight Policy
Full freight allowed on $800.00 applies only towards Net Pricing of "March 15, 2020
Published Plumberex Distributor Price Sheet" Only. All Plumberex Specialty products
may be combined for best discount. All Full Freight allowed shipments are to be
shipped to one single destination. Plumberex Specialty Products, Inc. reserves the
right to change its freight policy at any time without notice.
Return Goods Policy
No returned items will be accepted after a 90 day period. We will accept returned
merchandise only with an approved and pre-issued Plumberex Specialty Products,
Inc. RGA number. A 25% handling fee will be charged on all returned materials.
Return materials need to be in full carton lots. No Credit for cut or damaged goods.
Returns must be received in original packaging. All Specialty Items listed on Page 4
have a “No Return Policy”.

Claims
Claims for any shipment shortage must be immediately noted and filed with
Plumberex Specialty Products, Inc., Customer Service Department within 10 days of
receipt of goods.
Limited Warranty
Plumberex Specialty Products, Inc., warrants all of its products from manufactured
defects for one year from the date of purchase. If any product is found to be
defective, we will replace it with a satisfactory product. (Disclaimer: Plumberex
Specialty Products, Inc., refuses to take any responsibility for products that are not
installed properly, as per manufacturer's installation instructions. No claims will be
allowed for labor or any other expenses involved in repairing or replacing defective
goods.)
