􀀀 􀀀 Step 5
Slide a 2 3/4-inch wheel onto the axle. Prepare
a second wheel collar with a machine screw and
threadlock then install it on the axle over the at spot
to retain the wheel.
􀀀 􀀀 Step 6
Slide a wheel pant into position over the wheel. Note
that the landing gear angles forward and that there is
a left and right wheel pant.
􀀀 􀀀 Step 7
Place a #4 steel washer on a 4-40 x 3/8-inch Allen
head screw and apply a small drop of threadlock to
the threads.
􀀀 􀀀 Step 8
Insert the screw into the hole above the axle and use
a 3/32-inch hex wrench to secure the wheel pant to
the landing gear.
􀀀 Step 9
Repeat steps 1 through 8 to install the wheel and
wheel pant on the opposite side.
􀀀 􀀀 Step 10
Slide a #8 steel washer onto each of the 8-32 x
3/4-inch Phillips head landing gear screws and apply
a drop of threadlock to the threads.
