Aileron servo cover (right and left)
3/4" x 5/16" x 9/16" (19mm x 8mm x 14mm)
servo mounting block (4)
2mm x 8mm sheet metal screw

Phillips screwdriver Clamp
Drill 6-minute epoxy
Drill bit: 1/16" (1.5mm) Felt-tipped pen
String or unwaxed dental floss
12" (305mm) servo extension (2)
Step 1
Determine which servo cover belongs to which wing
panel. The opening for the servo arm is offset to match the
opening in the wing.
Step 2
Prepare the aileron servo by installing the hardware
supplied with the servo.
Step 3
Attach a 12" (305mm) servo extension to the aileron
servo. Use thread or unwaxed dental floss to secure
the extension to the servo lead so it will not become
disconnected inside the wing.
Step 4
Position the servo on the servo cover so the it is centered
on the cover. Also check that the servo arm is close to
centered in the arm opening and the arm will not interfere
with the cover when the servo is operating. Mark the
location of the servo using a felt-tipped pen.
