 Step 22

Secure the tail wheel using two 1/16-inch wheel collars

and two setscrews. Tighten the setscrews using the

supplied hex wrench.

Note: Make sure to use threadlock on the

setscrews to prevent them from vibrating loose.

 Step 21

Move the rudder right and left a number of times to

condition the hinges.
