 Check whether the power supply is in accordance with the requirement of the power

 Check whether the connection is normal.
 Check the vehicle power supply.
The Dashcam Cannot Record Videos
 Check whether the TF card is installed.
 Check whether the TF card is damaged.
 Check whether the TF card has been formatted. If not, format it by connecting to the mobile
app.
