3.7.2 Add name
With the Add new function, you can choose either the phone or RUIM card memory to
store the new item.
Phone memory capacity is 200 items. RUIM card memory depends on the network
service providers.
If you add a new item to the phone memory, you need to enter one of the following: Phone
Number, Address, Email, URL and Note, and you can select a group and ring tone for
incoming call. If you add a new item to RUIM card, you need to enter: Phone Number.
3.7.3 Find
This function is used to search a phone number from the phone book names. You can
search by name, number or group. If there are no entries in the phone book, the screen
will display ‘No record in phonebook!’ If there isn’t any name matching your entry, the
screen will display ‘No match found!’
3.7.3.1 Find name
Input the name or the first character required to begin search.
3.7.3.2 Find group
You can select the group you want to search.
3.7.4 Multicopy
With the copy function, you can copy items stored in RUIM card memory to phone
memory.
3.7.4.1 All Copy
Allow you to copy all of the RUIM card memory entries to phone memory.
3.7.4.2 Choice Copy
You can selectively copy the record. You can select one or more of the entries from the
names list to copy it. After selecting an entry, press left soft key to view options as below:
Select / Unselect
Press
left soft key to validate making tick in checkbox. Press left soft key again to cancel this
operation, the checkbox becomes blank again.
Cancel all
Press
left soft key to validate that all the ticks in checkbox be canceled.
Select all
Press
left soft key to validate making ticks in all checkbox.
Copy
Press
left soft key and then the phone displays the confirmation, asking you if you wish to copy
