7. Up/down direction keys
It’s used for browsing the menu. See the relevant functions according
to specific menu.
Note: In the standby mode, you can press direction keys to enter the menu you
have set for shortcut.
8. Number keys
Under inputting or editing status, press the keys “0-9”, key “*”and
key “#” to input numbers, English letters, symbols. You can also
choose menu with these keys. Press one of “2-9” keys for more
than one second to enter speed dial.
Note: Press and hold “1” key to call the voice mail box center if you have set the
voice mail number.
9, 10. *、# keys have different functions in different menus.
In display dialing mode, keep pressing key “#” to activate or
quit silent mode.
In number dialing mode, press the key “*” continually or keep
pressing for long time can input “P”、 “+”、or “W” characters. “P” and
“W” is to dial extensions for convenience, “+” is to dial international
numbers.
Note: The differences between “W” and “P” is that “P” means sending to DTMF
directly after a moment, and when you press “W”, there will be a window
inquiring you whether want to send DTMF or not.
Volume key
It’s on the left side of the phone. It’s used for adjusting volume or
browsing the menu options after accessing the menu.
Camera shortcut key
It’s on the right side of the phone. It’s used as the shortcut key for
camera in the standby mode.
Display
Display areas of the screen:
Top: Display different icons, such as the strength of single, auto
keypad lock, capacity of battery and so on.
Middle: Display message, information and inputting contents,
including numbers, words and dynamic icons.
Bottom: Display the functions of two soft keys and “OK” key.
