diverts:
Load: Set on after inputting the call divert number.
Cancel: Disable this function.
Check status: Check the status of Call Divert.

It is used for setting the call barring mode for the phone.

 All calls
 International calls
 International calls except to home: when this
function is activated, only in-country local
number can be dialed at abroad or dialing to
the number in your county (that is, the
country of belonged network provider)
¾ received calls
 All calls: You can’t receive all incoming
calls.
 When roaming: You can't receive any call
when the phone is roaming.
The options of the above functions:
Load : Start call barring after inputting password.
Cancel: Cancel call barring.
Check status: Check the status of certain call
barring function from the net.
