CONDITIONING • Remove the cap. • To activate the electrode, immerse it in HI70300 storage solution for 2 hours. CALIBRATION • Immerse the electrode in pH 7.01 (HI7007) buffer solution. • Allow the reading to stabilize and with the supplied screwdriver, adjust the “pH7” calibration trimmer to read “7.0” pH. • Rinse the electrode with tap water and immerse it into the second buffer. • Use pH 4.01 (HI7004) if the solution to be measured is acidic (pH < 7), or pH 10.0 (HI7010) for alkaline samples (pH > 7).
