OPERATION • Connect the electrode to the meter with both writings (meter and electrode) facing upwards and turn the meter on. • To perform a two point calibration, if you are measuring acidic liquids HI 7004 use a pH 4.01 buffer (HI 7004), and for alkaline measurements use a pH 10.01 buffer HI 7010 (H 0) . • Rinse the electrode in water and dip it in the second buffer. Allow the reading to stabilize and using a small screwdriver turn the pH 4/10 Calibration Trimmer to read “4.01” or “10.01” respectively.
