LimitedWarrantyProgram

Foraperiodoftimeafterpurchase(definedbelow),Hanover(“Manufacturer”)willeitherrepairorreplacedefectivecomponentsin
accordancewiththisLimitedWarranty.ThiswarrantyisbetweenManufacturerandtheoriginalpurchaserandisvalidonlywhen
accompaniedbytheoriginalpurchaser’ssalesreceiptshowing originaldateofpurchase
andlocationofpurchase.Thiswarrantyisnot
transferrable.Replacementsunderthiswarrantyrevertbacktothedateoforiginalpurchaseforfuturewarranty.

Manufactureroritsauthorizeddealercanacceptorrejectwarrantyclaimsbasedonitsfindings.Manufacturercanmakesubstitutions
asrequiredofmaterials,components,andsub‐componentsofcomparablevalueandutility.Thiswarrantyislimitedtoproductrepair
orreplacement(tobedeterminedsolelybyManufacturer).Warrantyreturnislimitedtoonlythesingleaffectedcomponent.

Thiswarrantycoversonlymanufacturingdefectsanddoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,damageduetoactsofnature
(suchas,but
notlimitedtofreezingorhighwinds),abuseormisuse,includingchemicaldamagefromsuntanoilorotherchemicals,exposureto
extremeheatorcold,abrasionorexcessiveweight.Thisproductisintendedtobeusedinstandardinstallationsonly.Thiswarranty
isinvalidiftheproductisnotusedforintendedpurpose.Manufacturerdisclaimsliabilityforanyaspectofinstallationandany
inconveniencecausedbyadefectivepartofacomponent.

TenYearLimitedWarranty–FramesFrameconstructioniswarrantedagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfortenyearsfrom
purchasedate.Damagetoframesorweldsresultingfromimproperassemblyorexposuretowaterand/orsub‐freezingtemperaturesis
notcovered.
FiveYearLimitedWarranty–FinishesPaintfinishesarewarrantedagainstpeeling,crackingandblisteringforfiveyearsfrompurchase
dateprovidedtheitemhasnotbeenscratchedorabraded.Chipsandscratchesorfadingresultingfromnormalwearandtearand
exposuretotheelementsarenotcovered.
ThreeYearLimitedWarranty–FabricsFabricandcushions(ifapplicable)arewarrantedagainstseparationattheseamsforthreeyears
frompurchasedate.Fadingand/ordiscolorationresultingfromexposuretotheelements,oils,spills,fluids,chemicals,waterdamage
oranyothercausearenotcovered.
OneYearLimitedWarranty–Straps/Wicker/UmbrellasStrapsand/orwickerweave(ifapplicable)arewarrantedagainstseparation
andtearingforoneyearfrompurchasedate.Fadingand/ordiscolorationresultingfrom exposuretotheelements,oils,spills,fluids,
chemicals,oranyothercausearenotcovered.
WarrantyExclusionsGlasstopsandglassaccessoriesarenotcoveredagainstglassbreakage.Umbrellabasesarenotcovered.

Tomakeaclaim,callthetoll‐freenumberbelow.Pleasehaveavailableacopyoftheoriginalsalesreceiptalongwithabriefdescription
oftheproblem.Pleasealsoprovideyouremailaddressanddaytimetelephoneorcellphone#.Allitemsmaybechargedshippingand
handling.Repairsor
replacementwillbemadeattheManufacturer’soption.Salesandusetaxes,plusshippingandhandlingcharges
aretheresponsibilityoftheconsumer.

THISISTHEENTIREEXCLUSIVEEXPRESSLIMITEDLIABILITY.THEMANUFACTURERNEITHERMAKESNORISRESPONSIBLEFORANYOTHER

OFTHISWARRANTY
