4. Attach the bottom panel to legs by using four 1/4"x30 mm bolts and washers
as shown in Figure 4.Guide the bolts through holes in the bottom panel, into
pre-drilled holes in the legs. Hand tighten only.

5. Carefully place the middle panel inside back panel with bottom panel as
shown in Figure 5.
