Shooting Function details using photographing info rmation indicator

Four different flash modes can be selected using the SELECT button. The
mode will be shown in the camera status LCD.

Use the correct flash to suit the environment.

Flash mode indicator

The flash is disabled
:
If the background behind the object is very
bright, fill in flash will safeguard against that
object appearing too dark in the photo. The
result should be an acceptable lighting balance.
:
If the object that is being photographed is too
dark, the camera flash will work automatically.
: The flash will work automatically if there is not enough light.
The problem of red eye will also be reduced.

Using the flash frequently will reduce the life of the batteries.
°§
Under normal operating conditions the charging time for the flash is
normally within 7 seconds. If the batteries are weak the charging
time will be longer.
Note
°§Please photograph within the flask shot range(W: 0.2~3m. T:0.2~2m).
The image is saturated when you take it with a strong reflector or at
close range.

If you want to cancel the setup mode, press the scroll button until it changes
into the normal indication condition. Also it can be cancelled in the situations
bellow.

Cancel of photograph information indicator set mode Set mode is
cancelled automatically when following these instructions.
- When you press the zoom button(wide or tele)
- When you press the shutter button or menu button.
- When you operate the mode dial.
- If the power goes off.

You can select the setup shot function with the shot information
indicator also on LCD panel using the setup MENU mode.

You cannot select the shot function using the Scroll button and the
Select button while you set up the shot information on LCD panel.
