HAZARDS
•ToreducetheriskofSIDS,infantsshouldonlybeplacedonthebacktosleep,unless
otherwiseadvisedbytheirphysician.
• Infants havesuffocated:
• Ingapsbetweenextrapaddingandsideofa bassinet/ cradle,and
• On softbedding.
• ONLYplace yourbaby in SNOOin a Happiest BabyapprovedSNOOSack, thatis fully
closed—attopandbottom—andproperlyattachedtothesafetyclips—andmake
surethesoftprotective zipperhoodisinplace.
• UseonlythemattresspadprovidedbyHappiestBaby.NEVERaddapillow,
comforteroranothermattressforpadding.
• NEVERplaceadditionalobjectsin SNOOSmartSleeper,suchasblankets,toysor
othermaterials.
• ALWAYSensurethemattresspadispositionedcorrectly.Donotcreateanypockets
betweenthemattresspadandmeshsides.
•SNOO reducesrollingwhenused as directed.We recommendyouALWAYSsecure
theswaddle’swingstothebed’ssafetyclips—whetherSNOOisonoroff.
• Ifasheetisusedwiththemattresspad,useonlytheoneprovidedbyHappiestBaby,
oranauthorizedHappiestBabypartner.
• NEVERuseplasticbagsorotherplastic白 lmasa mattresscover.
• Discardallplasticpackagingmaterialsimmediatelyafteropening.
