WARNING Read all safety warnings

and instructions may result in re and/or
serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions
for future reference.
1. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when using the tester.
Do not use while you are tired or under the
inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of inattention while testing may
result in serious personal injury.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and
heavy-duty work gloves during setup and use.
3. Do not overreach. Keep proper
footing and balance at all times.
4. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
away from hot or moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
5. Use as intended only.
6. Store idle testers out of the reach of children
and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the
tester or these instructions to operate it.
7. Maintain the Tester. Check for breakage
of parts and any other condition that may
affect the testers operation. If damaged,
have the tester repaired before use.
8. Have your tester serviced by a qualied
repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that
the safety of the tester is maintained.
9. Maintain labels and nameplates on the tester.
These carry important safety information.
If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor
Freight Tools for a replacement.
10. Do not exceed 1000 PSI maximum pressure.
11. Use the Tester only in well-ventilated areas.
A running engine produces carbon monoxide.
Carbon monoxide is a colorless, orderless, gas
that, if inhaled, can cause serious injury or death.
12. Before testing, place the transmission in park
(or neutral for a manual transmission)
and set the emergency brake.
13. Keep hands and ngers away from moving
parts and hot parts of vehicle’s engine.
14. This product is not a toy.
Keep it out of reach of children.
15. WARNING: The brass components of this product
contain lead, a chemical known to the State of
California to cause birth defects
(or other reproductive harm).

16. The warnings, precautions, and instructions
discussed in this instruction manual cannot
cover all possible conditions and situations
that may occur. It must be understood by the
operator that common sense and caution are
