Chipping in a Straight line: 1. Use chalk or some other suitable writing material, mark your work surface to delineate the area you intend to chip. 2. Once the Hammer is attached to the Air Compressor as described in the instructions, place the Chisel along one of the marked lines. Hold the Chipping Hammer firmly with both hands. 3. To begin chipping, depress the Throttle Lever (6) with your thumb. 4.

Check for loose connections and make sure that air supply is providing enough air flow (CFM) at required pressure (PSI) to the tool’s air inlet. Do not exceed maximum air pressure. 2. Clean around trigger to ensure free movement. 3. Lubricate using air tool oil and grease according to directions. 4. Clean air inlet screen of buildup. 3.
