Blind Corner Swingout
Installation Instructions for the BCSO2 Series
IMPORTANT:
Before you begin, make sure you familiarize yourself with all
the parts and fully read the instructions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:

TOOLS NECESSARY:
Screw gun, Phillips screwdriver, tape measure, square and
torpedo level. NOTE: If screw gun has a clutch,
set to lowest setting so as not to over tighten
and/or strip screws.
A Center Support 1 X
B Telescopic Support Extension 2 X
C Corner Support 1 X
D Center Support Arm 2 X
E Corner Support Arm 2 X
F Swingout Tray 2 X
G #6 x 3/4” Flat Head Phillips Wood Screw 20 X
H #10 x 5/8” Washer Head Phillips Machine Screw 20 X
I #6 x 5/8” Pan Head Phillips Wood Screw 8 X

Slide both of the Telescopic Support
Extensions into the top of the Center
Support and Corner Support. Loosely
secure in top two holes with (2) #10 x 5/8”
washer head machine screws per support.
Install both Center Support Arms to the
Center Support as show above with (4) #10
x 5/8” washer head machine screws per arm
and tighten securely. The upper shelf has
three possible shelf heights, make note of
your selection and match it in step 3.
Install both Corner Support Arms to the
Corner Support as show above with four
(4) #10 x 5/8” washer head machine screws
per arm and tighten securely. The Corner
Support is marked with an L for left handed
models and an R for right-handed models.
Face Frame

Using the chart and diagram, with tape measure and square, lightly mark mounting locations inside the cabinet for the appropriate
tray size ordered. For face-framed cabinets the supports are designed to be pulled up tight behind the face-frame.
