0x64 (100 decimal): CAL LOW CMD. Write a 0x64 hex to the command register to
perform the
low step of a traditional calibration. The status register will read 0 if this
command succeeds:

parameter.
Write 0x1001 in the command register 0, the parameter ID number in
registers 2, 3 and the
desired float value in registers 4, 5.
