1A) Remove hardware from U-bolt, then remove
U-bolt from casting (CPC.5/.75 only).
1B) For CPC1/1.25 through CPC5/6, loosen hardware and
“swing” U-bolt out.
2) Prepare pipe mounting surface by removing paint, oil, debris,
etc. and apply antioxidant.
3) Attach clamp to pipe loosley.
4) Loosen bolt located on screw (CPC1/1.25 through CPC5/6
only.
5) Insert conductor(s).
6) Tighten all nuts to 75 inch pounds.
