Pull the cable out of the hole far enough to ensure sucient contact with the met‐
allic surface when the bridge is installed. Earthing the strings reduces noise (hum‐
ming).
Connect the connectors to the potentiometers in the following order: rst, connect
the front connector (starting from the recess) to the neck pickup, and then connect
the rear connector to the bridge pickup.
