Map operation
TIP
Map operation can be made only
when the navigation function is
activated.
“Map” screen as the HOME screen
Following is an example of the “Map”
screen.
When the “Map” screen is assigned
as the HOME screen, this screen
appears immediately after you
touched [ACCEPT] on the warning
screen. The warning screen appears
each time the unit is turned on.
This screen also appears when you
touch
on other screens.

Compass/direction icon
Touch this icon to change the
map style. The icon changes its
shape.

Touch this button to open the
[Menu] screen.

“Current location” icon
Indicates the location of the ve-
hicle.
You can call up screens for des-
tination search by touching the
icon.

One of the following four buttons
appears here.

(Function button)
(Destination button)

Scale change buttons
See “To change the map scale”
on page @-@@.
, the home right button, and the
scale change buttons will be hidden
when a certain time has elapsed after
the “Map” screen appeared.
To show these buttons, touch one of
the four partially visible portions of
them.
