TIP
Route guidance is available only
when the navigation function is
activated.
Setting a route
After having found your destination,
you can set a route from the current
location to the destination.
For how to find your destination,
see the “SEARCHING FOR YOUR
DESTINATION” section.
A screen like the following appears,
on which
(destination mark) points
the destination location.
Destination mark
On the [Destination] screen, you can
perform the following operations.
To view information of the destination
Touch [Info].
An information window opens.
To close the information window,
touch [Info.Off].
To save the destination in memory
Touch [Save].
The saved destinaion can be used
when you set your destination by
[Saved/Recent] on the [Destination]
menu.
The saved information stays available
until you turn off the unit. ?????????
To set a route to the destination
Touch [Route select].
The [Route select] screen appears.
Route type
Estimated arrival time
to the destination
The [Route select] screen shows the
current location, the destination, and
the route from the current location to
the destination.
The [Route select] screen also shows
the route type ([Shortest] in this
example), and the estimated arrival
time to the destination.
