The [Avoidance setting] screen
appears.
Touch or to display the
preceeding/succeeding items, and
touch the desired place name (such
as [Highways]) to be avoided.
The following 8 places can be
avoided.

To register your home
It is recommended to first register
your home before you start using the
unit as a navigational tool.
TIP
To register the current location on the map
as your home, first place your vehicle in
front of your home so that the “current
location” icon is at your home on the map.
1. On the HOME screen, touch .
2. On the [Menu] screen, touch
[Settings].
3. On the category selection tab,
touch
or and then touch
[Navigation].
The [Navigation] setting menu
appears.
4. Touch [Home].
The [Home] screen appears.
From the [Home] screen, you can
register your home in various ways.
