Power options
The power options settings allow you to set
the time that elapses before the
display auto-
matically switches off.
To activate the display again, press the <>
button.

Tap on Power options in the settings
menu
You will see the menu for automatically
switching off the display.
The dot # indicates the setting currently
selected.
X
Tap on one of the times listed between 15
seconds and 10 minutes to select a time
duration.
X
Tap on OK
to confirm your selection. Tap on
Cancel to exit the
menu without accepting
the new setting.
Time and date
Time
and
date
can
be
used
to set the formats
in which the time and date are displayed on
the handset.

Tap on Time and date in the settings
menu
You will see the menu for setting the for-
mats for the time and date.
The dot # indicates the setting currently
selected.
X
Tap on the desired time or date format to
change the settings.
The
dot # jumps
to
the
newly selected set-
ting.
X
Tap on OK
to confirm your selection. Tap on
Cancel to exit the
menu without accepting
the new setting.

The time and date are set in the handset
automatically.
Device information
You will find the following information about
the handset under Device information:

Software version
R
Serial number
R
Bluetooth address
You cannot alter the settings in this menu.
NFC
The
NFC
setting
is
used
to
enable the wireless
transmission of data using the NFC standard.

Tap on NFC in the settings menu
You will see the menu for
switching NFC on
and off.
The dot # indicates the setting currently
selected.

Tap on On to enable NFC or on Off to dis-
able NFC.

Tap on OK
to confirm your selection. Tap on
Cancel to exit the menu without accepting
the new setting.
Reset
Via Reset setting you can reset the handset
to the factory settings. All personal settings
will be lost. An overview of the handset's
basic settings can be found here <>.
To
reset
the
settings
in
COMAND
Online, it is
necessary to reset COMAND Online. Link ->

Tap on Reset in the settings menu
The menu for resetting the settings
appears.

Tap on Reset settings on handset to
begin the reset.

By tapping on OK, you confirm that you
acknowledge the consequences of reset-
ting. The handset is reset in the next step.
X
Tap on Yes to confirm that you want to
reset the handset.
All the data stored on the handset will be
deleted.
X
Press No to cancel the reset.
