Selectionof a surroundmodeis basedon personaltaste,aswell asthe type of program sourcematerialbeing used.
Operation When playinga digital sourcesuchas DVD,first selectthe inputusingthe remoteor front panel controlsas outlined in this manual.Next,select the digital sourceby pressingthe Digital Input Selector Button l[l_] and then using the A/v Buttons _(_it on the remoteor the Selector Buttons[] on the front panelto chooseanyof the 0 PT T CA L or C 0 AX T AL inputs,asthey appearin the Main Information Display [], the Digital Input Indicators[][] or the on-screendisplay.
