This button MUST be pressed in to operate the
unit.To turn the unit off and prevent the use
of the remote control, this switch should be
pressed until it pops out from the front 3anel
so that the word "OFF" may be read at the
top of the switch.
NOTE:Thisswitchis normallyleft in the "ON"
position.

hatedin amberwhenthe unitis in the Standby
modeto sicnal that the unitis readyto be
turned on.When the unit is in operation,the
indicatorwill turn green.Shouldthe indicator
turn red,turn the unit off usingthe Main
Power Switch[] and checkthe speakerwire
connectionsto makecertainthat thereare no
shortcircuits.

listento theAVR220'soutputthrougha pair of
headphones.Becertainthat the headphones
