We encourage you to take a few minutes to read this manual, which describes the products and includes step-bystep instructions to help you set up and get started. / INSTALLATION Placement Your CITATION SURROUND speakers can be connected with CITATION BAR (sold separately) and used as a pair of satellite speaker. Place your CITATION BAR in the front center near the TV, and the CITATION SURROUND at approximately the same distance from the seating position. Wall-mount You can also install the CITATION SURROUND speakers on the rear or side walls. 1) Remove the rubber feet from the bottom of the speaker. 2) Mount the wall brackets in the wall by using screws.
/ I N S TA L L AT I O N 4) Place the speaker on the wall-mount bracket with the supplied screws on the bottom. 5) Use the nut at bottom of the wall-mount bracket to angle the speaker and tighten.
/ GET STARTED Power On NOTES: • • Use only the provided power cord. When you disconnect the power cord, always pull the plug, never the cable. 1) Plug one end of the AC power cord into the power connector on the bottom of the speaker, then plug the other end to an AC (mains) outlet. ÆÆCITATION SURROUND speakers will automatically power on.
/ G E T S TA R T E D 2) Plug one end of the power cord into the AC IN connector on the back of CITATION BAR (sold separately), then plug the other end into an AC (mains) outlet. ÆÆ The soundbar will take about 30 seconds to load, then enter standby mode and ready for use. Speaker Setup NOTE: • Keep a maximum distance of 5 meters between CITATION SURROUND and your CITATION BAR.
/ G E T S TA R T E D 2) Follow the on-screen instructions to verify the speaker locations: Rear Left (RL) and Rear Right (RR).
