Eye contact: Contact causes mechanical eye irritation. Dusts may cause mechanical irritation, tearing, and blurred vision.
Skin contact: Long term exposure to dusts may have a drying effect on the skin.
Sensitization: Non-sensitizer
Inhalation: Synthetic amorphous silica has little adverse effect on lungs and does not produce significant toxic effect when
exposure is kept below the permitted limits. However, existing medical conditions (e.g. Asthma, bronchitis) may be aggravated
by overexposure to dusts.
Carcinogenicity: None of the components present in this material at concentrations equal to or greater than 0.1% are listed
by IARC, NTP, OSHA or ACGIH as being carcinogens.
