SECTION 4. FIRST AID MEASURES
EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the
first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
SKIN: If irritation develops, rinse skin with plenty of water and wash clothing before reuse. Get medical attention if irritation
persists.
INHALATION: Remove affected person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial
respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or a doctor. Never give anything by mouth
to an unconscious person. Get medical attention.
SECTION 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Use any means suitable for extinguishing surrounding fire.
SPECIFIC HAZARDS: FLAMMABLE LIQUID AND VAPOR. Closed containers may explode due to buildup of pressure
when exposed to extreme heat. Products of combustion include compounds of carbon and oxygen, including carbon
monoxide. Vapors may travel or move by air currents to an ignition source and flash back. Thermal decomposition may
produce toxic carbon and nitrogen oxides and hydrogen chloride.
SPECIAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Safety glasses, gloves.
SECTION 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Isolate the spill area. Keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel from
entering area. Keep away from heat, sparks, flame and other sources of ignition. Absorb small spills with sand, vermiculite or
other inert absorbent. Dike large spills using absorbent or impervious material such as clay or sand. Recover and contain as
much free liquid as possible for reuse. Allow absorbed material to solidify and scrape up for disposal. Place contaminated
material in appropriate container for disposal. After removal, flush contaminated area thoroughly with water. Pick up wash
liquid with additional absorbent and place in a disposable container. Do not put spilled material back in the original container.
SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
HANDLING: Use this product only in a manner consistent with its labeling. For external use only. For horses only. Avoid
contact with eyes. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing vapors or mists. Do not contaminate water, food or
feedstuffs by storage, handling, or disposal. Use personal protective equipment as required. When using do not eat, drink
or smoke. Keep away from heat, sparks, flame and other sources of ignition. Take precautionary measures against static
discharges. Use spark-proof tools and explosion proof equipment. Use with local exhaust ventilation.
