BASIC OPERATIONS

BATTERY STRENGTH INDICATOR 
If the Battery  Strength  Indicator 
shortcut key is pre-programmed, this 
function can be used to quickly check the 
remaining  battery  strength  via the LED 
indicator on the top of the radio. This may 
be beneficial during certain ambient light 
conditions, or when the respective icons in 
the radio’s display cannot be easily 
viewed.  Simply press and hold this  pre-
programmed shortcut key and view the 
LED indicator on the top of the radio.
