RECOMMENDED TOOLS: Tubing cutter, adjustable wrench, screwdriver, and a knife.

LOCATION OF UNIT: For maximum protection, filter should be installed as close to

bubbler as is feasible. Filter should be located in an area, which is accessible for

occasional replacement.

PLUMBING CONNECTIONS: Fittings are not supplied for connection to ¼” or 3/8”

diameter copper or plastic tubing.

MAINTENANCE: This filter is rated for a nominal capacity of 500 gallons. This

approximates two years of light usage, 6 months to one year of average usage and 3 to 6

months of heavy usage. Actual life depends upon local water conditions. In areas where

sediment is a problem, we recommend using additional sediment pre-filter.
