Mixing Instructions
Follow instructions on the side of each bottle. Units with capacities of
5 gal - 20 gal (18.9 L – 75.7 L) should be mixed with the full 8 oz (236
ml) contained in each bottle. It is recommended that the tentative
potable water be replaced every 120 days. (After any 15-minute
testing per ANSI Z358.1-2014, refill tank with clean potable water and
add contents of new 9082 Antimicrobial Preservative Concentrate
Eyewash Additive, following instructions on the side of each bottle).
Storage Instructions
Product should be stored between 68º F - 77º F
(20º C - 25º C)
Use before expiration date.
36 Month shelf life after date of manufacture.
