9.5 Setting the Alarm
Note: When setting the Alarm, make sure you set the time rst.
1. You can set the alarm by simply pressing ALARM, or by pressing MENU < Main menu >
< Alarms >, press SELECT to conrm.
2. Turn SELECT to your selection, press SELECT to conrm.
3. Congure the following parameters:
Enable: O, Daily, Once, Weekends or Weekdays
Time: 00:00
Mode: Buzzer, Internet radio, DAB or FM, CD or iPod, note that if an alarm sounds, and no CD or
iPod/iPhone is inserted in the main unit, your radio will use the buzzer instead.
Preset: this option depends on which alarm mode you have set, this option won’t be available
unless you choose Internet radio, DAB, FM as your alarm sound mode
Volume: turn SELECT to your preferred volume level, press SELECT to conrm
Note: remember - don’t set your radio volume level to zero (Mute), otherwise, when the alarm
sounds, the alarm sound cannot be heard.
Save: nally, turn SELECT to this option, and press SELECT to make sure the alarm is saved.
The screen shows active alarms with an icon at the bottom left.
