1. Locate the filter housing and open the
cartridge cover by pushing in where
indicated and the cover will drop
down.
2. Remove the existing water filter by
slowly rotating it counter clockwise.
A small amount of water may drip
from the water filter.
3. Remove packaging and carefully
remove the sanitary cap at the top of
the new filter; twisting eases the plug
out.
4. Position the filter inside of the filter
housing and slowly rotate the filter
clockwise until it stops. When the filter
is properly installed, you will feel it
“click” as it locks into place. The blade
on the end of the water filter should be
in the vertical position when it is fully
installed. Do not over tighten.
5. Close the cartridge cover.
6. Run approximately 2.5 gallons of water
from the dispenser periodically to clear
the system and to receive a good flow.
If the water flow is slower than usual,
please repeat Step 4.
Note: Initial flow rate may be slower than expected.
Full flow rate should be restored within 24-36 hours.
7. Check the filter for any noticable leaks.
If leaks are detected, please repeat
Step 4.
8. To reset the filter monitor light; please
refer to your refrigerator owner’s
manual for specific instructions.
1. Localiza la carcasa del filtro y abra la
cubierta del cartucho empujando en
donde se indica y la cubierta se caerá.
2. Retire el filtro de agua existente
girando lentamente a la izquierda.
Una pequeña cantidad de agua
puede gotear del filtro de agua.
3. Retira el empaque y el tapón sanitario
del nuevo filtro; girar el tapón facilitará
su salida.
4. Coloque el filtro en el interior de la
carcasa del filtro y gire lentamente el
filtro a la derecha hasta que se
detenga. Cuando el filtro está instalado
correctamente, se sentirá un "clic", ya
que encaje en su lugar. La hoja en el
extremo del filtro del agua debe estar
en la posición vertical cuando está
totalmente instalado. No apriete
demasiado.
5. Cierra la cubierta del cartucho del
cartucho.
6. Descarga aproximadamente 2,5 litros
de agua del dispensador
periódicamente para aclarar el sistema
y para recibir un buen flujo. Si el flujo
de agua es más lenta de lo habitual,
por favor, repita el paso 4.
Nota: Flujo inicial puede ser más lenta de lo esperado.
Flujo total se debe restaurar dentro de 24-36 horas.
7. Inspecciona el filtro de flujas. Si se
detectan fugas, por favor, repita el
paso 4.
8. Para restablecer la luz de control del
filtro, consulte el manual del
propietario de su refrigerador para
obtener instrucciones específicas.

Warning: To reduce the risk of property damage from water leakage, the
filter bypass plug MUST be used when a filter replacement cartridge is not
installed. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of
unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
Protect from freezing. REPLACE FILTER EVERY 6 MONTHS, OR IF BAD
TASTE OR ODOR OCCURS. The risk associated with small parts can cause
choking if swallowed. Keep children away from small parts during the
replacement of the water filter.
