□ Grease the casters annually using high-quality
bearing grease.
□ Lubricate the slides semi-annually.

Assembly
REMOVE CHEST FROM CABINET
□

CASTER INSTALLATION

Remove the screws from the
bottom of the cabinet (B) and lift
out the chest (A).
NOTE:
The swivel casters (D) should be
mounted on the same side of the unit.
RISER ASSEMBLY

together using the bolts (CC) and nuts (DD) provided.
□
Carefully lay the cabinet (B)
on its top.
Install each caster (C,D) to
the bottom using 4 bolts
(AA) and nuts (DD) as shown.

ASSEMBLE RISER WITH CHEST
AND CABINET
□

Completely lock the chest (A) and
lay chest on its’ back. Line up the
riser (E) assembly with holes in chest
bottom.Secure with screws (BB)
provided.
Position chest (A) with attached riser
(E) on roll-away. Secure riser bottom
to roll-away top with screws (BB)
provided.

NOTE:
When assembled,the riser (E) should
be the same size,left to right as the chest (A).
