Open the App and create a new account by selecting the ‘Sign Up’
link on the bottom right. This will redirect to the Nurochek online
server to register a new account.

Input your licensed healthcare professional information required on
the ‘Registration’ screen.
Password: Your chosen password must have the following features:
• minimum of 8 characters
• at least one capital letter, one number and one non-
alphanumeric (special) character
Select ‘Register’ on the bottom of the ‘Registration’ screen to finalize
registration.

After registration, an authentication email will be sent to the registered email address.

Open the link provided in the email to authenticate your account.
i)
In the App, enter your registered user credentials (email address and
password) and select ‘LOGIN' to login.
If you have forgotten your password, select ‘Reset’ to initiate a
password reset through the Nurochek online server.
The Nurochek App can only be accessed with your registered user
credentials. Keep these details secure.
Warning: Do not share your user credentials with others.
