There are no user serviceable parts inside. 4. Never use abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes or chemical cleaners on the heater, column or base. Alcohol can be used to clean the unit exterior. WARNING PERSONAL INJURY HAZARD 2. Before cleaning, turn the unit OFF and remove the plug from the power outlet.

The consumer must retain a receipted bill of sale as proof of warranty period.
