Ensure the air outlet is not blocked by any objects such as plants or walls, etc. If the installation location is exposed to strong winds, ensure the unit is placed lengthwise along the wall or provide a switchable baffle to block strong wind gusts from entering the unit.

Safety and leakage check Use soapy water or a leakage detector to check for leaks as follows: 1. Soap water method: Apply a soap solution water or a liquid neutral detergent onto the indoor unit connections and outdoor unit connections with a soft brush to check for leaks in the connections of the piping.
