LIMITED WARRANTY
Thecompanywarrantsthisproducttobefreefromimperfectionsinmaterialor
workmanship,undernormalandproperuseinaccordancewithinstructionsoftheHeatstar
Company,foraperiodof10yearsfromthedateofdeliverytothebuyerwiththefollowing
exceptions.
•Forinstallationinacarwashandinareaswithexposuretocorrosivechemicals,suchas
ammonia,chlorine,etc.,thewarrantywillbelimitedto2yearsontubesand1yearonall
othercomponents.
TheHeatstarCompany,atitsoption,willrepairorreplaceproductsreturnedbythebuyerto
thefactory,transportationprepaidwithinsaidwarrantyperiodandfoundbytheHeatstar
Companytohaveimperfectionsinmaterialorworkmanship.

TheforegoingisthefullextentoftheresponsibilityoftheHeatstarCompany.Thereareno
otherwarranties,expressorimplied.Specificallythereisnowarrantyoffitnessforaparticular
purposeandthereisnowarrantyofmerchantability.InnoeventshalltheCompanybeliable
fordelaycausedbyimperfections,forconsequentialdamages,orforanychargesofthe
expenseofanynatureincurredwithoutitswrittenconsent.Thecostofrepairorreplacement
shallbetheexclusiveremedyforanybreachofwarranty.Thereisnowarrantyagainst
infringementofthelikeandnoimpliedwarrantyarisingfromcourseofdealingorusageof
trade.Thiswarrantywillnotapplytoanyproductwhichhasbeenrepairedoralteredoutside
ofthefactoryinanyrespectwhichinourjudgmentaffectsitsconditionoroperation.
Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,
sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.ThisWarrantygivesyouspecific
