6.12 Assigning Attributes
Machining attributes – Deburring
The attribute defines the deburring operation and the associated
machining parameters for the selected figure or for a “free” open or
closed contour.
Assign the “Deburring” machining attribute:
U Select “Attribute > Machining attribute > Mill > Deburring” in the
finished part menu.
U Select the contour to be milled. TURN PLUS opens the “Deburring”
dialog box.
U Define the milling parameters.
Parameters
H Cutting direction
 0: Up-cut milling
 1: Climb milling
BWidth
W Angle for the tool selection (default 45°)
K Retraction plane. Cutter position before/after milling (lateral
surface: diameter).
