7.2 Editing Parameters
Current parameters
This drop-down menu presents an overview of frequently used
parameters so that you can select them without having to know the
parameter number.
Edit parameter
U If required, log on as system manager (Service mode).
U Select the parameter from the “Cur.Para > ..” drop-
down menu. The CNC PILOT presents the parameter
for editing.
U Make the required changes and close the dialog box.
Parameter lists
The following parameter groups are provided in the “Param. lists”
drop-down menu; you can select these parameters without being
logged on:
 PLC Parameters
 Set-up parameters
 Machining parameters
Editing set-up/machining parameters
U Select „Param. lists > Machining” (“.. > Setting” or “..
> PLC-parameters”). The CNC PILOT opens the
corresponding parameter list.
U Select the parameter.
U Press ENTER. The CNC PILOT presents the
parameter for editing.
U Make the changes
