8.3 Transfer
Transferring parameters
Press Parameter.
Press Transmit parameter.
Press Receive parameter.
The transmitted parameter files receive the file name
that was entered for "Backup name" in the "Settings"
menu. MANUALplus appends the following extension
to the file name:
 *.BEA (machining parameters)
 *.MAS (machine parameters)
 *.PRO (production parameters)
 *.PLC (PLC parameters)
 *.STD (control data)
The information displayed during transfer is described
in “Transferring programs (files)” on page 446.
 Receipt of parameter files:
 "Network" mode: The file name is
checked. It must match the file name
in "Settings—Backup name."
 "Serial" mode: The file name is not
checked.
Important!
After receiving the parameter files, it is
essential to restart MANUALplus.
