Special parameters for standard milling tools
DV Cutter diameter
AZ Number of teeth
DD Cutter diameter compensation
SL Cutting length

 For milling operations with constant cutting speed, the
milling cutter diameter (DV) is used to calculate the
spindle speed.
 The number of teeth (AZ) parameter is evaluated for
G193 Feed per tooth.
