Remove the components from
the box and ensure the contents
are correct:
• 1x Animus 18DT
• 1x 1100mAh 6-cell NiMH
battery pack
• 1x 2.4GHz 2-channel
transmitter
• 1x 6-cell wall charger
• 1x 4-way cross spanner
• 1x 1.5mm Allen key
• 2x shock spacers and
antenna tube
• 1x Quick Start Guide

Carefully remove the contents
using side cutting pliers to cut
the tie straps. Peel the protective
wrapping from the body of your
car and remove the four body
clips, followed by the body itself.

Locate the battery cradle on
the left side of the car. Remove
the body clips and the battery
retainer, then withdraw the battery
pack.

Plug the charger into a wall
socket. Connect the battery to
the charger and place the battery
on a non-ammable surface.
Switch the wall socket ON. The
charger’s LED will light red when
the battery is fully discharged,
yellow when 50% charged,
and green when fully charged.
Disconnect the battery when the
charge status light turns green.
