3.12 Set Alert Test
If no valid alarm signal is received within 10 days, the machine will beep every ten minutes to remind the user to
check the machine. Users can set the function ON or OFF.
1. Press Menu to open menu options.
2. Press or button to scroll through menu to TEST ALARM, then press SELECT
3. Press or button to the desired mode between On and Off
4. Press MENU or OK button to exit the setting.

Make sure the power adapter is securely plugged into the back
of the weather radio and into the wall outlet.
Make sure batteries are installed in case of a power failure.
Make sure the antenna is in good condition or use external
antenna to improve reception
The radio is not responding properly to
weather alert broadcasts
Check VOLUME control to ensure volume is turned up to an
audible level.
Change to an open area

Make sure the clock alarm setting is ON
