6 Care, Cleaning and Maintenance
The Preamplifier needs no care and maintenance.
Cleaning
Do not use solvent to clean the housing.
7 Troubleshooting
Type of Malfunction Possible Causes Corrections
No LED lights. – No 24 V supply.
– Pressure sensor is defect.
– Sensor cord is defect.
– LED is defect.
• Check connection cord, if
necessary change it.
• Change pressure sensor.
• Change sensor cord.
• Loctite service.
Amplification is not adjustable
It lights only the same LED´s.
– Potentiometer R10 is defect.
• Loctite service
There is always an error message
at the controller, but the LED´s
light correct.
– Preamplifier cord is defect.
– Preamplifier is defect.
• Change Preamplifier cord
• Loctite service
There is always an error message
at the controller and no LED lights.
– Amplification factor not correctly
adjusted.
– Preamplifier cord is defect.
– Pressure sensor is defect.
– Sensor cord is defect.
– Preamplifier is defect.
• Adjust the amplification factor.
• Change preamplifier cord.
• Change pressure sensor.
