Limited Warranty
We, the manufacturer, warrant only that this product is free of defects, since many factors which affect the results
obtained from this product - such as weather, workmanship, equipment utilized and prior condition of the substrate - are
all beyond our control. We will replace at no charge any product proved to be defective within 12 months of purchase,
provided it has been applied in accordance with our written directions for uses we recommend as suitable for this
product. Proof of purchase must be provided. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE 7 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MANUFACTURER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND BEYOND
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, INCLUDING FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM
ANY DEFECTS OR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY REPLACEMENT OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
PROVIDES THE PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT.
Extended Warranty
The 7 Year Extended Warranty is in addition to our Limited Warranty: The "Limited Warranty" is in force for the first
year after purchase of the product. After the Limited Warranty has expired, we warrant in this Extended Warranty that
Henry 555 Brilliant Aluminum Roof Coating will remain reflective for at least seven years. As the brightness of the
aluminum reflective coatings does vary with age, we make no claim that Henry 555 Brilliant Aluminum Roof Coating
will maintain the maximum possible brightness for the full seven year period. But we do warrant that it will retain a
minimum of 50% of its CRRC listed initial reflectance value. If our examination and testing determines that this is not the
case, the sole and exclusive remedy is that we will provide a suitable replacement coating prorated from the date of
application (material only, labor not included). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and the original
invoice is required as proof of purchase. The coating must have been properly applied to a sound surface which we
state is appropriate for the product and all recommendations, precautions, and instructions printed on the label must
have been met in full compliance. Loss of reflectance due to a surface accumulation of foreign material such as dust, dirt,
mildew, algae, etc., which must be removed in the course of regular roof maintenance, is excluded.
